Using:
Pokeys575 CNC board firmware v4.4.1
Mach 4 4.2.0.4162 (licensed)

When homing with a Home switch and what Pokeys calls an encoder which accepts the first state change as home works fine for the X and Z axis but on my Y axis there are two motors 1 and 3 (slave) A signal is received for home on both motors but only one one encoder signal was received. Now this is a problem of which I need to resolve.

However there is another problem. When the above scenario occurs an error is displayed in Mach 4 reading "Slaved axis is unaligned! Home the machine before jogging!" At that point I am unable to Enable with or without "Axes Limits Override" The only thing I have been able to do is reset the Pokeys device which seems to release this lock. I am reporting this to Poscope as well as I am unsure of the origin of the error. Let me know if you need a log or Dump file.
